Question 1

How do I find things happening nearby?

Accepted Answer

Choose your city or allow location access, then browse local offers, events, places, and plans. You will see listings for markets, gigs, food pop-ups, sports, trips, and meetups in that area.

Question 2

How do I find events near me this weekend?

Accepted Answer

Set your city on Glimzo and open the live feed or Events page. The listings are limited to your area and include events, markets, and pop-ups scheduled for the next few days.

Question 3

Can I use Glimzo to plan an activity or a trip with people?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open Create, choose an activity such as a hike, camping trip, game, or dinner, add the time and place, and publish the plan. People nearby can find it and ask to join.

Question 4

How is Glimzo different from a social media feed?

Accepted Answer

Glimzo is for finding local activities and places. It does not use follower counts or likes, and the feed has an end. Find something that suits you, then make a plan to go.

Question 5

Why does Glimzo ask for my location?

Accepted Answer

Location helps us show nearby activities and businesses. You can choose a city manually instead of sharing device location, and everything on Glimzo stays scoped to the area you pick.

Question 6

How do I save or share something I found?

Accepted Answer

Open an offer, event, place, or plan to save it for later or share it with someone who may want to go with you.

Question 7

I run a business. How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Create a business account, complete your profile, then publish offers and events for people nearby to discover. Plans and current pricing are listed at glimzo.app/pricing.
